About Kim Tupper

I became a REALTOR due to my passion for seeing the potential in homes, my love of architecture, and my love for working with people. The experience I have gained in personally renovating my investment properties has given me an edge for my clients, allowing me to assist buyers with seeing the potential in homes that might need some TLC, and to give my sellers an advantage in presenting a home for maximum showings, buyer appeal, and higher net sales price. My business has grown by referral due to my attention to detail, unparalleled communication with my clients, and my ability to negotiate effectively with all parties in a transaction. I have a strong work ethic and give all of my clients a 100% effort. I also own and operate Beaches End Properties - a 10 beach home rental business in Cape May, NJ where my husband and I now live full time and continue to be hands on from renovations to weekly changeovers, giving me a unique advantage as an agent for those buyers looking to invest in and grow their own property at the shore. Having been a 4H leader, medical provider, and active member of other community groups like the YMCA, churches, and school organizations, I have strong connections in the community which are a continuous source of contacts for me.
